Donations to your server, Soulink-RO, is your way of supporting the server for its
improvement and proper maintenance. By donating to Soulink-RO, you help keep the server running
every month, and for us to acquire additional equipment to further improve the service to you.
If you like to donate to the server, there are corresponding gift-reward item(s) of your choice
which will enable you to equip your character with great-looking items that give additional
bonuses to stats and possible skills.
Important reminder, there are NO refunds to the donations, and NO exceptions to this rule.
All items/gift-rewards are on "Where Is, As Is" and no item-swap allowed after it is given,
so decide on what item to get before you ask for them.
Your
gift-reward item(s) will be surely
given by Soulink-RO within a "minimum of 3 Working days to a maximum of 5 days", upon confirmation of
receipt of donation. Always keep your receipt(s) and emails as Proof/Details of Donation.
Check the inventory of your account for the gift-reward item(s) you requested.
The Donation Process:
Step 1. Contact Us Before You Send.
No Spam Emails Please.
Email the Soulink-RO Management in advance at soulinkro@letterboxes.org for your donation
details, BEFORE you send your donations to the server.
Step 2. Email Us Your Details:
a. Your full name, email used and country of origin.
b. How much and the specific date when you will send the donation?
c. What are the gift-reward item(s) would you like to have ingame?
d. What is your account name ingame that will receive the item(s)?
e. How will you donate? (Xoom-Paypal or Western Union)
Step 3. Sending Your Donation To The Server
a. Xoom-Paypal (Send using Paypal,
Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Accounts Direct Transfer);
b. Western Union.
Step 4. Keep Your Donation/Transaction Details.
Always keep your transaction number(s), detail(s), email(s) for future reference.
Step 5. Send Transaction Completion Details

wait for the reply of confirmation (of donation) from the Soulink-RO Management.
Step 6. Check Your Gift-Reward Item(s) In Your Ingame

As previously mentioned, allow
us a minimum of 3 Working
Days to facilitate your donation. Email us for
follow-up after this 3-day period lapses.

signup. It only takes a few minutes. All information is kept confidential and 100% safe &
secure. 3. When sending your donations,
make sure to put the name, address & phone number
indicated in the reply email we sent. 4.
Click on "Calculate Fee" button to check how much
will be charged to you including service charge,
PayPal, etc. 5. Specify how much Donation
($) you are sending. See below. 6. If
sending thru PayPal/Xoom, to verify the current
status or track your money
transfer, click here. 7.
Make sure you email us for follow-up, including which
game account you want
your gift-reward items to be put. 8.
After sending your donation, give us at least three
(3) working days to
verify receipt of donation, then check your
character/ account

Each individual player is held responsible for his or her own passwords
and accounts. Soulink-RO GMs' & Management do not reset, change, or give
out forgotten passwords for any reason whatsoever. In case you forget,
either figure out your own password or make a new account. Do not bug or
ask GM's to recover your account. In an open server like ours, there is
no way to confirm that the identity of the person who originally created
an account is the same person requesting a password recovery. Remember,
Game Masters' will NEVER ASK for your password. Guard them well.
